Relief Printing – Lino and Wood Cut
6 weekly evening classes 6pm – 9pm
28th January – 3rd March 2020
One of the simplest forms of printmaking this age old technique can be one of the hardest to master. The class will look at how differing materials such as wood and Lino can be used to create striking graphic effects, taking inspiration from some of the great exponents of the art. We will look at ways to print in black and white, as well as reduction printing to achieve multiple colours from a single block.
