Introduction to Linocut
Saturday 14th March 10am – 4pm
Join us for this hugely enjoyable workshop exploring the art of Linocut at Cardiff Print Workshop. Over the course of the day participants will learn how to plan out and cut designs in lino. They will print using the press and also be shown the best way to print by hand and the different types of paper that can be used.
There will also be the opportunity to combine Chine Colle with linocut. This is the technique of combining tissue papers with the printed design.
