I began my artistic journey at St Martins School of Art in London. Although I specialised in theatre and costume design, I spent many years in arts management, specifically helping the arts reach a wider audience. I have recently returned to making art, swapping writing grant applications and business plans to once again having paint and inks all over my clothes!

Joining Cardiff Print Workshop was a turning point for me. Inspired by Bill Chambers’ Introduction to Printmaking course, I became fascinated by the possibilities of printmaking.

Currently, I am particularly drawn to monotype printing for its spontaneity and its ability to capture the fleeting, ever-changing nature of our surroundings. My recent prints are experimental pieces that layer inks, water, and natural materials to reflect organic flow and change of the surrounding land and seascape.
