I enjoy exploring several printmaking techniques, mainly cyanotype, collagraph, and monoprint, enjoying their individuality and unpredictability. What captivates me most is the way images evolve throughout the printmaking process, each stage bringing an opportunity for the unexpected.

I’ve always been fascinated by film photography and that influences my approach to printmaking. I’m interested in how the alchemy of materials, texture, light and shadow changes the image and is perceived. Much like watching a photograph slowly develop in a darkroom, I love the moment when a print begins to emerge, the process becomes a form of storytelling, where I can choose which elements to emphasise and which to disguise.

My work reflects a deep interest in environmental concerns and an expression of place, whether a classic rural landscape or the quiet persistence of nature in urban spaces. Exploring the natural world and how it is altered by time and human influence. I aim to reflect the delicate balance between preservation and change, light and shadow, and the moments that leave a lasting imprint on both the land and our memories.
